About Susan:
Susan’s love of Prana Vinyasa yoga started in 2011, but her dedication to yoga and the yogic arts started over 20 years ago in 1997. Inspired to teach, Susan completed her first 200hr training in 2005, and an additional 500hr training through Shiva Rea’s Samudra School of Global Living in 2018. She has owned 2 yoga studios since 2009, and has a rich, full background in the yogic arts, meditation, pranayama, mantra, and yoga philosophy. She is available to conduct workshops, private and public events, yoga mentoring, private yoga classes and sessions in the business of yoga.
