Take some time to relax and restore while sheltering at home. Bring your mat, blocks, blankets, and cozies and join Johanna for her first-ever online Lullaby Yoga class, sponsored by Naam Yoga through their Illuminate Events Channel. This is the first class of an ongoing series with Johanna, “Self-Soothing for Uncertain Times.” The series begins with samplers from Lullaby Yoga, Mantra, Trauma Tools and Free Your Soul’s Voice and moves into an ongoing deeper dive into each practice.

In Lullaby Yoga, Johanna gently guides you through a series of deeply relaxing poses while singing and playing soothing songs and chants. Her class uses principles from restorative yoga, therapeutic yoga, yoga nidra, and subtle body and breathwork. The music provides a luxurious, peaceful space for the mind to rest while the body relaxes, rebalances, and restores itself.
